A PARTING GIFT..

Well I am having to travel back to the U.K soon and will miss the man I am leaving behind. We exchanged parting gifts yesterday. He bought me a lovely traditional Chinese dress and I got him an agate pendant carved with a monkey riding a horse which according to Chinese tradition is for the monkey to have his wish comes true. Jia Wu is a monkey in the Chinese Zodiac so I wanted to give him something with meaning. Well we ladies love our dresses so I was well pleased with my prezzie. I leave this post today with a poem I wrote for him at lunch time.


the winds, they blow ferociously, trying hard to block my mind..

I only have two weeks left with my Beloved Jia Wu before I return to Merry England, but oh my heart will be heavy with grief as I have to tear myself away from him. Every day I look into his eyes I feel an ever deepening love for him that can never be erased. I hope that we can always be together..in this life and the next one. I hope my memory of him in the other life will be so strong that I can see him again..just as he is now. My shy and most handsome prince Jia Wu!

A NEW FRIEND..

I am quite surprised and pleased to have met a new friend on Youtube. Funny things happen in our lives and this was really a twist of fate lol. He came on to my Youtube Profile and basically he said my singing sucks ..o.k I got the message and with a bit of banter and jolly jousting we ended up talking in pms on a very bright and gracious note. So you never know who your friends can turn out to be. If you see a tiger in the woods.maybe it can become your pet kitty lol.
I dedicate this post to my new friend from Tianjin..Jack..He is an exponent of Shaolin Gong Fu and I anticipate one day to meet and have gong fu cha with him in some pavilion, who knows we may even climb the Black Horse Mountain together and look for the secrets of the Yin Convergence Classic, just like Li Quan did ages ago. I believe in miracles you know.

An Unconditional Love..

Unconditional love is both beautiful and costly. Beautiful because one cannot put a price tag on it and costly because the amount of tears I have shed for my Love is enough to water the dry desert regions of XinJiang Province, but aye what is the matter with me? At least I can feel this love stirring in my heart for my Jia Wu. I will be leaving him behind again for the freezing shores of the U.K but I will visit him like a ghost every night in a dream. Here are more of my lamentations..

I was blessed today.

Well I went for Chinese dress hunting again today and thought I might give it another go, so as I was galavanting between Bowery and Canal St I stumbled across Centre street and there it was. A lovely, cosy Chinese Boutique selling intricate jewellery, bags, shoes and of course what else? Chinese dresses and jackets. I must admit the quality was far superior to what I had seen so far and so I started hunting around for stuff. My budget was a meagre 110 bucks but I knew in my heart I would find something. In the course of half an hour going around each item,one by one, checking the size, quality and above all, the price, I found a little blue number that really cought my eye. It was a pale blue dress with delicate bead work and I immediately fell in love with it. Well wasn't I lucky!! There was a 255 sale tag on it and I was exctatic when I tried it on1 It looked great and a perfect fit. So off I went to look for some matching jewellery and guess what? For 90 bucks I bought a dress, earrings, a ring and not only that. I got two bonuses!! The Owners of the shop were so delightful and polite, they also gave me two free bags! One is a tote for all my shopping needs and the other a blue silk bag to go with my dress!!
