Chinese dance TA GE..

I wanted to relax formk all the days worries so decided to look at some Chinese dances. I found one that I found most intriguing and I reallyn loved the costumes. I wish I could dance like that. Maybe one day when I am frail and old lol. I wanted to share this one with you as I hope it will relax your bones as it did mine today. I have a terrible migraine but this has helped relax the tension from my head. I understand now how men in the olden days would go ga ga when watching such graceful and lovely ladies glide across the stage like swans. It is absolutely beautiful.

大起板 (板胡) 蕭白鏞演奏 Henan Music Special.

With my love for a Beautiful soul has emerged my love for his home..So in the heart of Henan there in will be found my heart..ticking away and counting the days for when I set eyes once more on my Beloved's Sun kissed face. He is in a deep slumber now as we are five hours apart so I thought what I could do is send him some sweet music to stir him from his sleep. (Oh I must be so selfish lol).
Here is a sweet vibrant melody from Henan performed by Xiao Bai Yong on the Banhu. It originally stems from the Henan Opera as a lively attractive peice to entice the audience to listen in. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do.

It's my birthday today.

Well it's my birthday today and I am 42 years old. How exciting lol.I am sitting here in my PJs tapping away at my keyboard thinking of what a life I have had so far. I ahve to really think long and hard at what I really want to do from now and how I will accomplish the things I have in mind.
I promised myself that from this day forward I am going to start learning to speak Chinese properly at least to know the basics in communication as my dream one day is still to go to China. I don't know if and when that will happen but I do hope it happens in this lifetime and fairly soon. Ity isn't the easiest of languages I have come across in trying to learn but nothing is impossible I say..kind of.
So today I embark on the journey to try to speak Chinese. I find it easier to sing in Chinese that to speak but I have to give it a go.
WISH ME LUCK!
